Better Photos

This was taken before I put the final "belt loops" on, but it's hard to tell here.
I really like the way the clasp is attached. The spacers are used as stop beads.
I first saw this pattern ages ago on June Huber's website www.junipercreekdesigns.com and finally made one for myself. Used the light box to get better photos.
This ring is embellished right angle weave over a plastic o-ring. Not sure what I'll do with it yet.

Kaleidoscope Collar

This right-angle-weave collar is made with glass pearls, Swarovski crystals, bugle beads, and seed beads. I tore it out several times because I couldn't get the bead sizes to work correctly, and then I ran out of pearls and had to improvise. It turned out pretty good, though!

Goth Pearl & Crystal Bracelet

This bracelet pattern is from Bead & Button's Crystals 2 magazine. The crystals are all Swarovski and the pearls are glass.

Crystal Diamonds Bracelet

I tried to get a good photo but my photo taking skills suck. I ended up scanning it. But 319 Swarovski crystals and silver lined seed beads just don't like being scanned (as you can tell by the streaks of light all over the pictures). This is the cover pattern from B&B's Crystals 2 magazine and is made by weaving the top layer of crystals in RAW and then going back and doing another layer of RAW underneath in 8/o seed beads, which makes the bracelet curve slightly as well as making it more comfortable to wear (bicones are awfully scratchy directly on the skin).  My previous post has a photo of the first one of these I made, using Czech firepolished faceted beads in an Iris green. I actually like the way the bracelet curves better than the one in crystals, even though it was harder to make.
